At Roofing4US, we want to ensure your construction projects are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on unused and undamaged roofing materials. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all roofing supplies are securely packed on their original pallets or in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send the materials back to our designated distribution center via a tracked freight service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
